Senior Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Business Growth Specialist to drive the implementation of Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets initiatives. This role is responsible for supporting revenue growth and building stronger, more enduring client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in business development and be able to prepare, manage, and contribute to tenders. They will work closely with the MAC BD team to drive the implementation of the MAC business plan and practice priorities, including pursuing growth opportunities.

This role requires collaboration with BD colleagues to conduct client feedback to continually improve our service offering and gain insights into our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with BD colleagues to conduct client feedback
  • Work closely with the MAC BD team to drive business initiatives

Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years in a business development or related role

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Skills: Business development, marketing, project management
