Job Title: Senior Business Growth Specialist

Job Description

This is a key role partnering directly with senior management across multiple divisions, reporting to the Finance Director. As a Senior Business Growth Specialist, you will partner with various business units to provide strategic recommendations on pricing, promotion mix, trading terms, and analysis to support executive decision-making in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic growth performance for the Revenue Growth division.
  • Contribute to decision making through financial modeling, insights, and analysis of key performance drivers.
  • Review pricing strategies and recommend adjustments based on elasticity and impact on other channels.
  • Partner with key divisions to develop business plans and strategies.
  • Support the business with financial analysis, customer profitability analysis, cost analysis, and corrective action.
  • Develop promotional calendars in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing teams, including product mix.
  • Lead post-promotion analysis to measure success and improve future promotions.
  • Prepare and present timely and accurate management reports.
  • Model scenarios for impacts on volume and mix by retailer.
  • Review trade spend and recommend ROI improvements.
  • Drive process improvement in finance reporting functions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to review KPIs and drive category performance.
  • Encourage continuous improvement, automation, and best practices implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 7+ years of commercial/revenue growth experience, specifically in pricing strategies and product mix.
  • FMCG industry experience.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-divisional C-suite executives.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide recommendations.
  • Advanced leadership, coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
