Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team and drive sales growth for our Business Flyer program.

This is a challenging role that requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales.

The successful candidate will have experience in sales or customer-facing roles and be confident on the phone and in written communication. They will also have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to step outside their comfort zone.

As a Business Growth Specialist, you will work closely with our sales team to achieve service level goals and support revenue objectives.

This is a 12-month maximum-term contract with potential for a permanent role.

  • Connect with warm leads and existing clients to explain the benefits of the Business Flyer program">
  • Engage proactively with clients and close sales to help drive program growth">
  • Hit daily call targets and build strong, lasting customer relationships">
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet service level goals and support revenue objectives">
  • Handle phone and email communication with confidence and professionalism">
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products, offers, and program updates">
