Business Growth Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team in driving new business opportunities and executing marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of strategic growth initiatives with senior management
- Conduct market research and build key relationships with industry decision-makers
- Manage social media, search engine optimization, and marketing activities to drive results
- Assist in preparing proposals and sales collateral to enhance business opportunities
- Manage internal events and sponsorships to drive business growth
- Participate in client meetings and manage project budgets effectively
- Maintain accurate project reporting and documentation to inform business decisions
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Marketing (ideally)
- Experience in B2B or marketing agency environments (not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office or similar tools to streamline work processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments to drive business outcomes
