About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manager, Learning and Organisational Development to join our Human Resources team in Central Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of organisation-wide strategies to enhance the leadership capabilities of managers and career development of all staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, monitor, and implement organisational human resource strategies, staff capability development, training, and ethics programs.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership capabilities and career development of staff.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning and development needs and develop solutions to address these needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to support their career development and leadership capabilities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in designing, monitoring, and implementing organisational human resource strategies, staff capability development, training, and ethics programs.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to support the organisation in optimising its workforce capability and achieving strategic goals.
  • Ability to balance strategic and operational responsibilities and lead with compassion.
  • Highly motivated and experienced leader who thrives on the challenge of driving organisational change and capability development.
  • Ability to create new and exciting initiatives that encourage learning and foster a culture that supports a sense of belonging and embraces diversity and inclusion.
