Public Order Specialist

Parking Officers play a vital role in maintaining public order and safety. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for patrolling designated areas on foot and in a vehicle, issuing parking infringements, responding to customer complaints, and educating the public on local laws.
Key Responsibilities:- Patrol designated areas on foot and in a vehicle, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and free from hazards.
- Issue parking fines as necessary, following established guidelines and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries and complaints.
- Educate members of the public on local laws and regulations, promoting a culture of compliance and respect.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a related field or position, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of physical fitness required for patrolling duties.
- Demonstrated expertise in conflict resolution and negotiation, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
