Job Title:
Order Fulfillment Specialist
Key Responsibilities:Process sales order creation and relevant information entry into the ERP system.
Review and clarify quote conditions and customer information prepared by the internal sales team.
Place purchase orders on internal suppliers and coordinate delivery and freight arrangements by liaising with relevant teams.
Track and notify customers and internal sales teams of expected arrival dates, including any changes.
Liaise with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Admin teams to resolve order-related queries.
Follow-up and expedite orders as necessary.
Process sales order delivery on the ERP system, including producing delivery notes and recognizing revenue.
Raise customer invoices and process supplier invoices for payment.
Handle the importing and exporting of demonstration equipment, including Carnets.
Produce weekly reports on the status of open orders.
Deal with enquiries from external and internal customers.
Continuously improve Order Processing processes.
Assist with external or customer audits as required.
