Job Title: Order Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to join our sales operations team. The successful candidate will provide operational support to the National Sales teams, working closely with the Sales Support and Purchasing Teams.

The role involves uploading priority and complex orders into SAP, managing backorder reports, sales order management, forecast management, and assisting with client queries and escalation management.

The Order Management Specialist will also be responsible for:

  • Accurately uploading priority and complex client Purchase Orders
  • Escalating and expediting urgent orders
  • Managing all aspects of the Sales Order Cycle, including monitoring ETA's against client and project schedules, managing stock on hand, and ordering amendments
  • Liaising with clients and internal staff to carry out logistical functions for project sales orders
  • Reviewing automated SAP ETA report and updating sales order notes
  • Performing periodical billing forecasts throughout the current billing month

Requirements:

  • Experience in End-to-End order processing in a B2B sales environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with SAP is highly regarded
