Order Management Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless sales operations. Key responsibilities include processing customer orders, managing ERP systems, and providing administrative support to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer orders according to established company policies and procedures
- Create orders and issue invoices to customers via the ERP system (SAP)
- Manage all sales support functions to meet business targets
- Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Sales teams for credit approval, shipments, and deliveries
- Coordinate with service vendors for local projects
- Arrange customer site deliveries through 3PL warehouse coordination
- 2-5 years of experience as an Order Administrator or Sales Support Specialist
- Experience working on ERP, preferably SAP
- Hands-on experience with CRM software
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel/Word
- Exceptional data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
