Job Role: Order Fulfilment Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a reliable and motivated professional to join our team as an Order Fulfilment Specialist. This role is hands-on and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth processing, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch with accuracy.
  • Load and unload goods safely, adhering to storage guidelines.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times.
  • Assist in stock control, inventory checks, and replenishment.
  • Coordinate with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily order fulfilment targets.
  • Support transport and logistics operations as required.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or order fulfilment is preferred but not essential.
  • Physical fitness – heavy lifting may be involved.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and ability to commit to regular working hours.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
