We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Order Fulfilment Specialist to join our team. As an Order Fulfilment Specialist, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching online orders in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Picking and selecting items from inventory based on customer orders
- Accurately packing items to ensure safe transportation and minimising damage
- Weighing and labelling packages to meet delivery requirements
- Inspecting items for damage or discrepancies to prevent errors
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace to maximise efficiency
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and customers
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and inventory management systems
