About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong retail sales focus, exceptional customer service skills, empathy, compassion, and a drive to deliver outstanding results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking customer inquiries in-store and over the phone, providing timely responses and effective solutions.
  • Investigating and helping customers resolve therapy issues, ensuring high-quality support and equipment maintenance.
  • Providing set-up, on-going support, and equipment to ensure therapy is maintained at an optimal standard.
  • Fitting customers for masks and recommending the most appropriate mask based on provided training.
  • Offering advice on the safe and effective use of medical equipment, prioritizing customer safety and well-being.
  • Sales of new or additional services over the phone, with follow-up on trials and testing results.
  • Maintaining good condition of the retail premises and displays, creating an attractive and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Handling payments, balancing float, and banking, ensuring accurate financial management.
  • Accountable for trial and sales stock, managing stock levels, and reordering as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a busy retail or customer-facing role, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Caring and outstanding reception duties to customers, showcasing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure, ensuring effective crisis management.
  • Strong customer service focus and adaptability, with active listening and solution-finding skills.
  • Healthcare retail experience preferred, but not necessary as comprehensive training is provided.
