Key Responsibilities:

  • Cover day-to-day store operations, including rostering, financial management, administrative tasks, recruiting, and onboarding of new team members to ensure seamless store management.
  • Support in developing and implementing strategies that maximize both sales and customer service targets to drive store success.
Requirements:
  • A strong retail background, commercial acumen, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in retail sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • A strong ability to motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer service, provide coaching and guidance to employees, and implement process improvements.
  • Resourceful with a can-do attitude and the ability to solve complex problems and find creative solutions.
  • Able to balance customer care, team development, and administrative tasks to achieve store goals and objectives.
