Our boutique wine producer in the NSW Southern Highlands is seeking an experienced operations professional to manage cellar door activities, local sales, and inventory.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily cellar door operations
  • Coordinate local sales to select retailers
  • Oversee inventory management, collateral, and sales reporting
  • Organize monthly wine club events
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in operations, hospitality, service, events, or sales
  • A valid NSW driver's license and vehicle ownership
  • A current RSA certificate or willingness to obtain one promptly
  • Ability to work Saturdays and some public holidays
  • Australian citizenship or a valid work permit
