Job Title: Wine Retail Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced wine retail operations manager to lead and manage one of our southern teams in South Australia. As a wine retail operations manager, you will be responsible for supervising or managing wine retail operations and staff, providing positive and accountable leadership, communicating clearly with team members and suppliers, maintaining sound cash handling and stock control, including stock takes, setting and running promotions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a wine retail environment, at supervisory or management level

  • Track record in cash and stock handling
  • Experience in setting and running promotions
  • Driver's licence
  • Forklift licence is an advantage
