Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Wine Specialist to join our team.

The Role:

This is a hands-on position that requires assisting in managing our extensive wine list. The successful candidate will possess high levels of energy, flexibility, and the ability to operate independently within our structure. Ideally, you should have at least three years' experience in hospitality and entry-level experience as a Sommelier.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in navigating, curating, and selling our wine list

- Possess extensive knowledge of wine, including new and old world varieties

- Demonstrate exceptional service skills and customer-focused approach

- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods

- Proven ability in building effective relationships

- Organisational and time management skills

Requirements:

- Minimum three years' experience in hospitality

- Entry-level experience as a Sommelier

- WSET certification or similar is highly regarded
