Key Responsibilities:

  • Create personalized customer experiences by sharing your love and knowledge of wine">
  • Facilitate exciting key store events and tastings">
  • Encourage loyalty by taking customers on a journey of discovery through our range of wines and beverages">
  • Collaborate with the store team to increase product knowledge and provide input to improve the store's range">
  • Proactively engage daily with the store team to empower them with skills to bring our range to life">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally in hospitality, sales, or retail">
  • Experience in a drinks-related role preferred (e.g., bar, cellar door, wine making, premium restaurant experience)">
  • A genuine interest in the industry, including knowledge of trends and their application in the store">
  • Digital savvy, well-connected to relevant social platforms, and up-to-date with the latest trends locally and globally">
  • Current RSA Certificate">
  • Availability to work in peak trading hours, with part-time and full-time opportunities available">
