Job Title: Wine Operations Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Wine Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for visitors to our cellar door.

  1. Management of day-to-day cellar door operations, ensuring seamless customer service and effective sales techniques.
  2. Wine sales and tastings to the general public, with a focus on providing engaging and informative experiences.
  3. Management and coordination of wine club events, which may include winemaker dinners, wine and food pairings, and other special occasions.
  4. Inventory management and sales reporting, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels and sales performance.
  5. Digital and social media marketing, including website management and content creation.

Applicants should possess:

  • Previous experience in a premium or luxury environment, demonstrating exceptional service standards.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A strong passion for wine, food, and hospitality, with a keen understanding of the industry trends and developments.
  • Experience in converting exceptional service into sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and goals.
  • A current NSW driver's license and RSA certification, as well as the ability to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competence in technology, social media, and point-of-sale systems, with a positive and energetic personality.
