Job Description:

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues across a diverse portfolio. This will involve collaborating with clients at various levels, overseeing contract performance indicators (KPIs), deliverables, and implementing site-specific operational systems and procedures to ensure superior service delivery.

The role requires strategic planning, effective communication, and sound problem-solving skills to meet the needs of clients and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise on best practices in facilities management and related services
  • Prepare and present reports, KPIs, and performance reviews
  • Implement and monitor site safety, induction, and training programs
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and implement service improvements
  • Manage contracts, labour costs, and financial performance
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Proven track record in managing multiple client accounts/contracts simultaneously
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery
  • Experience in rostering, workforce allocation, and performance management
  • Knowledge of Modern Awards and Fair Work compliance
