Job Description

This role focuses on administrative coordination, contractor liaison and ensuring timely delivery of facilities services in a high-security environment.

About the Job
  • Provide day-to-day administration and coordination of facilities services
  • Manage work orders and contractor communications to meet service level agreements
  • Support maintenance scheduling and reporting activities
  • Assist with financial administration including purchase orders and invoicing
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security and regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Prior experience in facilities management, office administration or similar roles is essential
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and task prioritisation are required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
  • Confident working with job management systems and Microsoft Office suite is an advantage
  • Ability to work at a high-security location; aviation sector experience is beneficial
