Facilities Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Service Manager to oversee all facilities services for the precinct.
- Manage critical environments and specialist service providers including fire safety systems, mechanical services, UPS, Emergency Power Generations systems, condenser water systems, SCADA, and hydraulic services.
- Conduct regular building inspections and document findings.
- Oversee operating expenditure and ensure efficient maintenance and development of hard and soft services within the precinct.
- Manage minor works as required.
- Perform routine precinct inspections and document issues for action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing FM services for the precinct.
- Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
- Maintaining effective working relationships.
- Developing strong time management and organizational skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Facilities Management or Operations.
- A strong focus on fire and mechanical services.
- Demonstrated experience in managing services supporting critical environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility to work autonomously across different sites.
