We are seeking a seasoned facilities manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of our commercial tenancies. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in facilities management, property management or a related field.
- A strong understanding of local OH&S requirements and critical facility systems management.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as property, construction management or engineering.
Beyond the technical skills, we value individuals who can build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to drive service delivery excellence without introducing financial or tenure risk.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain positive client relationships to exceed service expectations.
- Designated financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, asset and vendor management programs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery expectations are met.
