The Facilities Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. The position involves coordinating preventative maintenance for buildings and equipment, responding to tenant service requests and urgent repairs, acting as a key contact for the client, and supporting contractor management and service delivery.
