About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Financial Crime Surveillance (FCS) team as a Risk Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our financial ecosystem by handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting conversations with customers to collate evidence critical to ongoing investigations.

Responsibilities
  • Support teams across FCS by handling calls and conducting customer conversations to gather evidence for investigations.
  • Work independently and manage your own case load, utilising investigative mindset and strong analytical skills to interpret information and make decisions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives, leveraging strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Requirements
  • Experience within banking or financial services, preferably in Financial Crime.
  • Prior customer service experience, including call handling.
  • Investigative mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Critical thinking and ability to interpret information and make decisions.

Location and Working Arrangements

This role is based in Adelaide, with the option to transition to a hybrid working model after an initial period of full-time on-site work. Our Adelaide office offers a collaborative and supportive environment, with access to resources and guidance from experienced colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is AU$90,000 - AU$110,000, depending on experience.
