Valuation Expertise Job

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in valuation across diverse functions. You will be part of a graduate program that includes rotations across teams, providing exposure to various aspects of valuation.

  • You will be responsible for undertaking and assisting with professional property and valuation information consistent with legislation and policy.
  • Key responsibilities include participating in the graduate program with up to four six-month rotations across Rating & Taxing, Objections, Compulsory Acquisitions, and Special Valuations teams.
  • As a team member, you will provide valuation support and advice to senior executives and government clusters.

The ideal candidate will possess drive, motivation, and commitment to learning with self-reflection ability. Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this position.

  • You must have the ability to achieve quality outcomes efficiently and make decisions within delegation on valuation matters.
  • A strong knowledge of relevant legislation and policies and their application is required.
  • Student or Provisional Member of the Australian Property Institute and completion of or undertaking qualifications eligible for Associate Membership by end of 2025 are necessary qualifications.
