Rehabilitation Services Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Services Specialist to provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions. The ideal candidate will have a professional background in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology and be interested in working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector.
About the Role
This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to work collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage caseloads and provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients
- Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
- Complete assessments using clinical skills, including initial, workplace and vocational assessments
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy/Exercise Physiology registered with AHPRA or ESSA
- Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry highly regarded
- Fabulous communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, kindness, and empathy
- Well-developed time management skills
- Current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
