About the Role
  • Undertake professional valuations of property and provide information consistent with legislation and policy requirements.
  • Participate in a 24-month graduate program featuring rotations across various teams, including rating & taxing, objections, compulsory acquisitions, and special valuations.
  • Provide expert advice on valuations to senior government officials and clusters.
  • Gain exposure to valuing every parcel of land in NSW and determining compensation for compulsory acquisitions.

  • Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Able to achieve quality outcomes efficiently and make informed decisions within delegation limits.
  • Deliver transparent, objective, and timely results aligned with relevant requirements.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and policies is required for this position.
  • Current student or Provisional Member of the Australian Property Institute.
  • Qualifications eligible for Associate Membership of the Australian Property Institute by end of 2025.
  • Current driver's license and willingness to travel.
