We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Maintenance Officer on a full-time basis. This role requires the ability to work a seven-day week rotation roster.

About the role:

  • Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
  • Ensure all common areas are clean and tidy
  • Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
  • Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property;
  • Maintain daily work records and service schedules

The ideal candidate will have previous hands-on building maintenance experience and an excellent work ethic, with the ability to work unsupervised.
