About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in trust accounting, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. A current property management license is essential.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple properties, and ensuring timely payment of rents and other financial obligations.

  • Develop and maintain effective tenant relationships.
  • Coordinate property inspections and maintenance activities.
  • Conduct rent reviews and manage databases efficiently.
  • Set up new managements and tenancies smoothly.
  • Process rent payments, issue monthly invoices, and pay landlords on time.
  • Manage arrears and follow up as required to ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare and present monthly budget and performance reports.
  • Collect monthly sales figures from tenants accurately.
  • Arrange maintenance contractors to ensure prompt repairs.
  • Collect tenants' public liability insurance certificates annually to comply with regulations.
  • Negotiate and draft lease agreements that meet business needs.
  • Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction to inform business decisions.
