Property Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic property manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining rent rolls of properties, building relationships with landlords, answering incoming phone calls, and producing all property management documentation.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and professional presentation. Problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative are advantageous.

  • Manage and maintain rent roll of properties

  • Conduct routine inspections and confidently provide feedback to the tenant
  • Conducting outgoing inspections and bond resolution
  • Management of repairs and maintenance
