We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a Residential Aged Care home, driving quality care and operational excellence.
About the Role:- Lead the home's clinical operations, ensuring high-quality resident care and services.
- Inspire and lead teams to deliver exceptional outcomes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and operational management of the home.
- Ensure best-practice standards in clinical care and services.
- Develop and deliver business plans, budgets, and strategies for continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach, and mentor staff to build a professional culture.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure risk management and quality assurance.
- Oversee dementia and memory support programs, prioritizing resident-centred care.
- Nursing qualification and current registration.
- Proven experience managing a Residential Aged Care facility.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams.
- Strong financial and resource management skills.
- Experience driving change and implementing improvement initiatives.
