Job Description

The primary focus of this role is to serve as the liaison between our agency team and the trading team, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder management. A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills is required to manage internal conversations, align expectations, and drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Internal Account Management: Manage client relationships, ensure clear communication between teams, and deliver on client needs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, facilitating the translation of client requirements into actionable strategies.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their requests, feedback, and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the progress of campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives and are executed to the highest standard.
  • Expectation Alignment: Manage and align internal expectations with client needs, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships within a digital media or programmatic advertising environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage internal conversations and align expectations across multiple stakeholders.
  • Project coordination abilities, with demonstrated experience in coordinating projects, managing timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of client campaigns.
  • Relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and client teams.
  • Analytical thinking, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights that contribute to client success.
