Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to promote our services to local referrers and drive strategic marketing and sales initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Allied Health Professionals and Centre Managers to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop current referrer relationships while delivering on current marketing strategies
  • Serve as the first point of contact for referrer matters with a customer-focused attitude
  • Resolve and/or escalate referrer issues or complaints as they arise
  • Increase revenue to assigned territory in line with business expectations
  • Identify new customer opportunities and develop relationships to gain new referrers
  • Maintain ongoing competitor and market analysis
  • Achieve revenue targets via the implementation of revenue growth strategies

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Current Drivers Licence is essential
  • Qualification in a Health Science, Business, Sales, or Medical Terminology is desirable but not essential
  • Recent graduate or industry background is desirable
  • Demonstrated account management or relationship management experience with a history of achieving sales targets, preferably in healthcare
  • Current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain one)
  • Ability to obtain a Blue Card/Yellow Card
