As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the successful management of client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Attend all client monthly meetings and ensure effective communication with clients
* Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction
* Develop and maintain site operational procedures (SOPs) in accordance with the company's policy
* Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Certis clients and their representatives
* Effectively handle complaints from clients, ensuring all issues are analyzed, resolved, and recorded to a mutually satisfactory outcome

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Team Leader in Security Operations or equivalent position
* Minimum of 5+ years' experience in Security Operations
* Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
* Knowledge of Security Industry's legislation and guidelines
