About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at ISS Property Services P/L. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the provision of cleaning services across multiple government sites in the Grafton area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the team delivers effective cleaning services to clients.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a large team of frontline employees, focusing on rostering, payroll, and cleaning best practices.
  • Client Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Health and Safety: Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments, promoting a safe working environment for employees and clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional presentation and customer-focused service to all stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with employees, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure cleaning services are delivered to contractual requirements, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in cleaning operations and managing diverse workforces.
  • Certification: Hold or be willing to obtain a Certificate IV in Asset Maintenance.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and technology skills, with the ability to work productively with limited supervision.
  • License: Hold a current and valid driver's license.
  • Clearances: Possess or be able to obtain a NSW Working with Children clearance, NSW Police Clearance, and Government Clearance.
