Client Service Manager

Compass Offices is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Service Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our tenants and guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with the Client Services team to ensure efficient service delivery and outstanding levels of client satisfaction.
- Handle various types of work, including answering client calls, managing meeting room bookings, greeting clients and visitors, and maintaining centre facilities and equipment.
- Assist with billing and booking system operations, ensuring accuracy and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of alertness and professionalism by anticipating and responding to guests and clients' potential needs, requests, or queries.
- Assist in project coordination, procurement process, collection, and revenue generation.
- Liaise with building management and lead the Front Office work independently.
- Coach and oversee Client Service Executives' work.
- Prior experience in customer service and administration is a plus.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Open-minded, willing to learn, good team player, and with a 'Can-Do' attitude.
- Resourceful, proactive, well-organized, and able to multi-task.
- Good command of both written and spoken communication in English and local language.
