We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Client Services Specialist to join our team at Tal Services Limited. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Client Services: Meet and greet clients, visitors, and staff in a prompt and professional manner, providing a high level of customer service and support.
- Visitor Management: Manage the visitor sign-in process, provide access as appropriate, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors.
- Administrative Support: Manage shared inboxes, emails, and other administrative tasks in an efficient and timely manner, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Room Bookings and Coordination: Coordinate room bookings, catering, AV setups, and other logistical requirements for meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service.
- Security and Emergency Services: Provide basic security, emergency, and WHS services, including responding to incidents and ensuring a safe and secure environment for all staff and visitors.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Complete any ad-hoc housekeeping tasks, including receiving and dispatching deliveries, assisting with mail organization, and other tasks as required.
- Experience: Previous corporate reception or client services experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Qualifications: Food handlers' and RSA Certificate would be advantageous, as well as basic to intermediate level Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Skills: Highly skilled and experienced working with IT/AV systems, sound knowledge of booking and visitor management systems, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Personal Qualities: A positive 'can do' attitude, comfortable in providing excellent service to a diverse clientele, and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
