Our client is a leading financial technology firm that provides automated operations technology to the stockbroking and wealth management industry. They are a rapidly growing company with a strong pipeline of new business and planned overseas expansion.
About the Role:
The Client Service Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with clients and providing exceptional service to support personnel. This role requires a strong understanding of client needs and requirements, as well as the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors and key personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop a deep understanding of assigned clients, including key clients and their requirements.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with advisors and key personnel.
- Client Communication: In conjunction with the sales team, meet with clients from time to time, including social functions.
- Client Service: Perform regular client calls/visits, including publishing written agendas, post-meeting minutes, and outstanding action items, regular reporting of progress, and follow-up actions.
- Client Onboarding: Work closely with the Product and Onboarding team to ensure seamless adoption of new clients.
- Client Training: Provide training to clients on our products and services.
- Risk Management: Take ownership of all aspects of risk associated with the client, including service issues with regulatory/compliance implications.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Impeccable communication skills are essential for this role.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience within wealth management, stockbroking, or FinTech environment with strong client interaction.
