
Regional Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a proactive Regional Sales Manager to develop effective business relationships between dealers and parts customers across all segments.
The successful candidate will contribute to trade shows, promote PACCAR Training and development programs, and assist with planning and launch of dealer events.
You will also be required to travel each month.
Key Responsibilities- Develop sales strategies to grow market share and drive business growth for dealers
- Maintain strong communication channels with dealers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management
- Support the creation of sales materials and marketing initiatives
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to achieve sales targets
- Attend functions and events as required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong business relationships with dealers, customers and suppliers
- Good commercial experience and strong business acumen
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Capable of working with data to drive decision making
- Previous knowledge and experience in the heavy vehicle market is highly regarded
