Solution Engineer Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled professional to craft cutting-edge customer-engagement solutions that deliver tangible impact.

Dynamics 365 Customer Experience is one of Microsoft's fastest-growing clouds, spanning Sales, Customer Service, Digital Contact Center, and Customer Insights. Paired with the low-code agility of Power Platform and Copilot Studio, these tools empower organizations to connect with customers in smarter, faster, more connected ways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance to enterprise customers on secure, scalable solution designs that integrate Dynamics 365 apps with Copilot Studio conversational AI and end-to-end Power Platform automation.
  • Lead hands-on engagements, orchestrating proofs of concept, demos, and architecture workshops that turn tech theory into contact-center reality.
  • Migrate legacy CRMs, IVRs, and home-grown apps onto Dynamics 365 and Copilot-enabled Power Platform solutions, unlocking unified data, real-time insights, and AI-assisted service.
  • Craft intelligent experiences using Copilot Studio to build, test, and deploy custom copilots that handle routine inquiries, surface contextual knowledge, and escalate edge cases to agents with full conversation history.
  • Influence product direction, feeding frontline learnings back to engineering so Dynamics 365 and Copilot Studio continue to delight customers.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles.
  • 5+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
  • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
  • OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience.
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
  • Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Azure Virtual Desktop, Endpoint Management, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, etc.).
