About This Role

A seasoned technical consultant is sought to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients, focusing on Dynamics 365 (D365). In this role, you'll work across multiple projects with a variety of client accounts.

This position involves providing expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of D365 systems. As a senior technical consultant, you'll be responsible for leading project teams, developing technical designs, and implementing solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage extensive experience with D365 CE and previous Dynamics CRM versions to drive project success.
  • Apply expertise in customer service, sales, and marketing applications, as well as field service and Power Apps Portal experience, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Develop strong working relationships with business and technical stakeholders, actively contributing to customer workshops and solutioning sessions.
RequirementsSkillset:
  • Dynamics 365 (CE) – proficient understanding.
  • Microsoft technologies (e.g., .NET C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, REST, Web API/Services, SSIS, Azure).
  • Data migration methods and integration concepts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly for effective stakeholder engagement.
