As a seasoned expert, you will make a meaningful impact with our organization as a Solution Architect, working closely with clients and internal teams to craft cost-effective solutions that integrate technology hardware/software, technical services, and ongoing technical support services.

Solution Architect Role

This role involves providing multi-technology consulting services across all aspects of application software, infrastructure, and related technology components.

  • Applying proven technical networking systems and platform deployment experience in a Presales Solution Architecture capacity
  • Collaborating with Sales Teams to generate demand for refreshing and modernizing data networking with the Campus, Branch, SDWAN/WAN edge, and Datacenter/Cloud connectivity
  • Converting customer requirements and proactive suggestions into Costed, Scoped Professional Services Statements of Work and Bill of Hardware and Software materials
  • Developing Project Execution plans with NTTD Project Managers and Technical Consultants/Delivery Engineers to provide confidence to customers and accuracy in Professional Services estimates
  • Driving Support Services attach to OEM Vendor Hardware and Software
  • Providing trusted advice to customer counterparts
  • Working closely with key vendor counterparts to stay current with networking technology developments and sharing these directly with customer counterparts

Key qualifications and certifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or business, or a related field
  • Vendor certifications such as Cisco CCxx, Aruba Certified X, Juniper Certified X, etc.
  • Certification and working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, COBIT, etc.)
  • Safe Scaled Agile certification advantageous

Required experience includes:

  • Advanced professional technical design, deployment, change implementation, testing, and day-to-day management of Data Networking infrastructure and associated control platforms
  • Advanced Project or Program Management experience would be preferred but not essential
  • Advanced client engagement and consulting experience coupled with solid experience in client needs assessment and change management
  • Advanced experience integrating solutions for particular projects with business domain, enterprise concerns, industry standards, established patterns, and best practices
  • Advanced experience working in an agile development environment
  • Advanced experience developing, selling, and delivering technical solutions
