Role Description

A high-performing Solution Engineer with expertise in Customer Experience and technical pre-sales is required to craft next-generation customer-engagement solutions that deliver real-world impact.

This role involves pushing the limits of what's possible by leveraging Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio to empower organizations to connect with customers in smarter, faster, more connected ways.

The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and technology management.

Responsibilities
  • Design secure, scalable solution architectures that fuse Dynamics 365 apps with Copilot Studio conversational AI and end-to-end Power Platform automation.
  • Orchestrate proofs of concept, demos, and architecture workshops that turn tech theory into contact-center reality.
  • Migrate legacy CRMs, IVRs, and home-grown apps onto Dynamics 365 and Copilot-enabled Power Platform solutions.
  • Build, test, and deploy custom copilots using Copilot Studio to handle routine inquiries and escalate edge cases to agents.
Required Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles.
  • 5+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
  • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
  • OR equivalent experience.
