Geospatial Solutions Engineer

The Specialist Field Engineer will work as part of a team or as an individual to engage with product end users and engineers.

This role involves providing training design, delivery and evaluation, maintenance support, software upgrade services, engineering support services, equipment installation services, equipment operation and support services, and planning and advice support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance customer knowledge and proficiency
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases
  • Analyse customer feedback and identify opportunities for process improvement

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and experience working with complex systems.
