Key Position Summary:

This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise and consultative skills, allowing the successful candidate to drive business growth through tailored IT solutions.

  • Deliver bespoke IT services, focusing on security (Sophos) and network solutions (SD-WAN, MPLS, VoIP, Hosted PBX, Cloud).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client needs, particularly in cybersecurity.
  • Lead proposal creation, client presentations, demos, and technical responses to bids/tenders.
  • Develop internal sales team capabilities through product training and trend awareness.
  • Ensure seamless handovers with engineering teams.
Essential Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years' experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting roles within ICT, ISP, or MSP environments.
  • Expertise in IT security, especially Sophos, alongside LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and cloud technologies.
  • Strong communication skills to simplify complex technology for clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in technical writing, network diagrams, and presales tools/CRMs.
  • Commercial acumen and a customer-centric approach.

Bonus points for relevant certifications, exposure to SIP, hosted voice, or mentoring team members.
