Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver impeccable waiter service for diverse events, including formal dining and casual seminars
  • Collaborate with the Client Services team to create bespoke event experiences
  • Ensure efficient setup and breakdown of boardrooms according to client requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring positive interactions with clients and colleagues
  • Craft high-quality beverage experiences, including barista-level coffee service

  • Set up in-room AV requirements, offer support, and understand when to escalate (training provided)
About You

The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of experience in hospitality, preferably with backgrounds in fine dining, banqueting, or corporate hospitality. They should also have barista experience, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while adapting to last-minute changes. Additionally, they should have clear and concise communication abilities and RSA Certification (or be willing to obtain it).
