Executive Support Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a vibrant organisation as an Executive Support Specialist, providing high-level administration support to a Director and their team. Located in the heart of the CBD, our company offers a dynamic work environment with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have solid administration experience, preferably supporting a small team, and a passion for finance administration. A background in financial or professional services would be advantageous, but not essential.
We offer a competitive salary package, including up to $75,000 + Super negotiable depending on experience. In addition to a generous remuneration package, we provide excellent benefits, including great hours (8:20am-5pm, Monday to Friday), occasional flexible working arrangements, and a central CBD location.
Responsibilities of the Executive Support Specialist role include:
- Providing administrative support to the Director and their team, including diary management, travel arrangements, and correspondence preparation
- Liaising with clients on behalf of the Director, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication
- Maintaining various internal systems, including ASIC and ATO lodgements, and providing training to team members as needed
- Assisting with finance administration, such as invoicing and debtor coordination, and taking on additional finance duties over time
- Occasionally covering reception duties and performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
