About the Role
A proactive Strategic Business Growth Specialist is sought after by Arete Executive to develop and execute business growth strategies for mid-to-large organisations in Queensland. This includes connecting with C-suite and senior leaders across key industries, building strong relationships through B2B meetings and networking, and winning new strategic clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement business growth strategies to target ASX 500 and top 500 private companies, Government-Owned Corporations, and Not-for-Profits in Queensland.
• Initiate and build key relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers through regular B2B meetings and networking events.
• Expand the client base by identifying new business opportunities and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

What We Offer
Arete Executive offers a competitive base salary of $180,000 per annum, complemented by an uncapped commission structure that provides an attractive OTE of $300,000 in year one.
