The Opportunity

A seasoned Contracts Manager is needed to assist operational managers with complex contract negotiations, ensuring revenue growth opportunities are explored.

The Position
  • Engage with clients on commercial contract compliance matters.
  • Manage contract compliance and monthly reporting.
  • Audit commercial contracts to prevent revenue leakage.
  • Provide recommendations on contractual improvements.
  • Prepare month end reports and P&L analysis.
  • Manage intercompany transactions.
  • Assist with budget preparation.
  • Support audits and other ad-hoc projects.
  • Maintain contract databases, registers, and files.
  • Facilitate contract amendments with support from the accounting team.
  • Administer head office invoice receipt and approval processes.
  • Process journal entries for inter-company transfers.
  • E nsure purchase order books are accounted for and maintained in register.
  • Support Key Financial Control compliance.
  • Support site reporting and information distribution.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in a similar commercial management role.
  • Understanding of a food services business.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to understand and interpret contracts, commercial terms, and financial data.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work autonomously and in a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of ethical standards in honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
