Job Title

A Contract Management Professional is required to provide procurement and contract support to project teams.

  • Developing and issuing complex tender packages, administering the tender process, and negotiating exceptions to terms and conditions.

This role will involve working across various contracts, including service and construction agreements, and managing stakeholder relationships while monitoring contract performance.

To succeed in this position, you will bring:

  • Extensive contract management experience in mining, construction, or civil industries.
  • Commercially savvy and able to optimize commercial value.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of contracts law and business ethics.

This is a fixed-term contract based in our Perth office. You must have at least 8 years of experience in a similar position and a strong knowledge of contracts law.
